I’ve been a customer with these guys for over 20 years and after my recent experience, I will not be coming back. I called and was told a specific model was in stock. We live about 45mins away. We got there to find it was just a floor model, and they wouldn’t sell it. Turns out they never had new ones to sell. They tried to sell us on a different model that we did not want and the woman was very rude. Bought my new/used washer last summer -- so far so good-- they were really informative. Yet at the same time not pushy! Now I need a dryer and they will be my first stop-- i hope they can help me.
