Takes months to even get paper work stated after doctor sent me there. Then they dont return phone calls as promised. Still months ive waiting an no brace. An now I'm told again it's being worked on. But they don't have any idea when I'll receive brace. Maybe I'll have brace before i have knee replacement. Then i dont need one. Frustrated
