I put this collection agency on my bankruptcy and I’m still receiving letters about balances. The papers are not accurate enough to discern where the amounts came from. Nonetheless, if I’m in a bankruptcy I should not be receiving mail and calls from this company. Just unnecessary harassment.

As someone who has been harassed by this company on behalf of a medical provider, I felt the need to leave a review. The day after I paid my medical bill, Kent Radiology sent my information to this company claiming I never paid. When I got the letter in the mail, I called the number and spoke with Darlene. She gave me her email address so I could send her screenshot proof that I paid my bill (these screenshots showed a copy of the payment confirmation email from Kent and the screenshot from my bank account showing the money ... read more
