Great location very comfortable room great value
Good value. Not 5* but clean and cheap
半年くらい前にプライベートで利用しました。 セントラル駅から至近で空港やハーバーからのアクセス抜群！トラムやバスも難なく乗れます。 部屋は２階と３階らしく部屋数も多い印象。 外国人の私からすると古い西洋風の建物は異国を感じる雰囲気です。 提供してもらった部屋は角部屋で広さも十分過ぎるほど。水周りやテレビ、エアコンも付いました。 通りに面していたので交通の音はよく聞こえてきますが… 気になったのはシャワーで水量、温度が十分ではなかった気がします。 帰国日のフライトまで荷物を預かってもらったり（ウルルに行った数日も別料金で預かってもらえました）サービスよグッドでした。
Good location and the front desk staff was nice but please note that this hotel is akin to a budget hotel that's below 1 star in most markets in the world. The first impression of the hotel is very substandard as the lobby chairs and the whole lobby has not been maintained for decades. Not recommended unless you're getting it for less than AUD50 per night
For a price point of AUD $100–$120 per night, the value for money here is evident. Despite the building’s aged aesthetic, the room is quite clean and comfortable for a budget stay. I was pleased to find a fridge that was perfectly odorless which is quite rare to find in similar old establishmentsand, and a TV offering a good selection of free-to-air channels.
