An absolute terrible experience trying to purchase a Auto Transfer switch. We agreed to purchase a transfers witch from Central power on the terms of taking delivery within Ten Weeks... After many emails and confirmations that the switch was to be delivered on scheduled date the date slipped every month for six months. Each month I would make contact with Central Power to verify the rescheduled delivery date and they promised that the switch was still on schedule for the new date. This went on for six months!!!
