Honestly we had such a great stay over night! Beds are super comfy! Shower has great pressure! Staff were super accommodating. Lovely hot cuppa! And literally next to all the shops. Just what we needed after a big drive! Ready to hit the road but will definitely stay again.

Not happy with my first night of stay but was shifted to another room as requested. Happy with the second move. First room needed maintenance done before being let out to customers. Overall, was a comfortable stay for me. Staff were polite and helpful. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amber at my recent stay. She was super friendly and welcoming and offered to move us into a cheaper room that could still account for a family of 3. She eventually advised that she would keep us in the bigger room at the cheaper rate and did not charge us extra for an early check in which I was super grateful about. Thank you Amber for your kindness and amazing customer service. My partner and I have stayed at this location 3 times now and have enjoyed it each time.

Room could do with a clean; the whole town is built around the mine so there's not really anything you can do about the dust except wipe down everything with soapy water as advertised by the department of health. Very basic and tidy but the room could've had more cleaning done to make it a bit more welcoming as the building is very old.
