Dr Nelson referred me to Dr West for braces. In the course of my treatment Dr Nelson did not keep my yearly check up, Mandy said it wasn't a problem as I was in Wests care. Unknown to me West sent Nelson a letter pointing out it was important to keep my check ups current when he heard me say Nelson has skipped it. They seemed to be playing "not it" with my care. A wonderful dental office with friendly technicians and dentists who explain things plainly so you can make informed decisions. They were able to alleviate my tooth pain and have worked out a plan to help me repair my other teeth that still need work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dentist
I went in for an exam today, and ended up being able to have my teeth cleaned as well! What a pleasant surprise. I love the staff ladies and Dr Nelson, they're all very sweet and personable. Even though I hadn't been to the dentist for 8 years prior, they made quick work of my teeth. Their office is very clean and tidy, and they also offered me a new patient discount. 10/10, see y'all again

Switching dentists and hygienists is always hard for me. They were able to get me in quickly and each team member made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’m so glad to have a great place so close to my home!
