Dr. Nelson does it again! Another perfect crown, with zero discomfort just hours later. It was a tough tooth and as usual, him and his staff amaze me with the best dentistry around!
I have a 3 year old crown done by Dr Nelson which has failed, obviously very early. It was the only restorative work I received from this office. I called and asked if Dr Nelson would like to fix it. I left because his care had already been lacking and I did not feel I could depend on him. Mandy said "No". His chart notes show a clear impatience with communication, ignorant assumptions about me and even about the way that I looked at him assuming I lack comprehension.
