Firstly let me start by saying, I used them a year before with no problems what so ever but this time they ruined there reputation with me! They sent someone out the first time to give me a boiler quote when in fact I booked a oil boiler service, and then the second time a gas engineer not an oil engineer so they could not service it. While the engineer from Central Plumbing and Heating did a great job with the installation itself, my overall experience with the company was frustrating and disappointing. It started off with the engineer being over two hours late and it took the administrator to phone him over and over to locate him- allegedly the air-conditioning unit was broken on viewing and needed to source a new one- based on my experience I do not have confidence this was the case and was just another unprofessional move On arrival he did not apologi... read more
Very professional, reasonable price. Very happy with their services. Jason, the one of their engineers, came a few hours after i called to fix our boiler. He was able to diagnose and fix everything on the same day. No shennanigans and straight to the point, but professional and very friendly!
