We called them for help, and they told us they would come. We called again the next morning and they said we were on the schedule for the day. When we called for the third time they told us they couldn’t help us and gave us the number for a different plumber.
Despite having some seemingly quality people who work there and friendly employees, the job they did was extremely poor. After buying a new property, our gas water heater quit working. After 4 separate visits, we had racked up over $1000 in repairs to a water heater that still didn’t work, AND was not under warrantee because the issues with the water heater were due to the seller (it was installed in 2020 and was supposed to still be under warrantee). Great professional services on all aspects of gas installation and plumbing. At my house two days after making appointment. Highly recommend this company.
Central Plumbing & Heating has responded quickly to our needs (several times now) (both relative to heating and plumbing issues). They have gotten to our house quickly and done the repairs quickly. We feel their prices are decent. Definitely would recommend them for the area!!!
