Arrived at the counter looking for lights for the kitchen. There was at least 5 employees behind the counter with their thumps up on their heads,, I was the only customer at the store, nobody acknowledged me even though a couple of them made eye contact with me. Definitely not coming back to this store ever.
Our home builder Villa Homes suggested we stop by here for plumbing selections. We had a great experience with sylvia. She guided us with a lot of patience and knowledge with the selections we chose. She gave us better options and choices so we would be happier with our decisions. After a few hours we finally had everything we needed. She really went above and beyond and we are very grateful that this business has such an amazing employee. Llegué 20 min antes del cierre de la tienda para comprar 35’ de cable eléctrico 6-2 y con varios clientes por delante ellos apegándose a horario despues de haber esperado varios minutos me dicen que ya no me pueden atender. Y la manejante me comenta dando las 12 ya no le podemos atender. Ya eran 4 minutos antes de las 12. A lo que yo les comenté deberían cerrar la puerta media hora antes de las 12 para que les de tiempo atender a los clientes. No que ahí está uno esperando y perdiendo tiempo.
