First visit - I got a seal kit instead of the replacement valve I thought I needed, friendly service and good advice. Good to hear they have access to reliable plumbers if a job turned out to be beyond me. They sell parts down to O rings and grub-screw level - much cheaper than many things in our throw-away world. (Seal kit works a treat by the way !) Highly recommended.
Twice now I have called in with plumbing issues that I felt I should be able to solve as a homeowner. Both times I have received excellent advice and a cost effective bit of kit which solved the problem.
