We had such a pleasant and wonderful stay here. Rod and his partner Cecelia are amazing. They are very welcoming and helpful too. Rod checked us in with no hassle (even though our flight came in early and we got dropped off at the accommodation earlier than the usual check in time) Thank you Rod we appreciate your kind gesture and for allowing us to check in when we got there as we was tired from our travels. I’m beyond grateful for the honesty and kindness of the staff at Central Plaza. I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the bed, and not only did they find it, but they also contacted me and offered to send it all the way to Tasmania. That kind of honesty and care is truly appreciated. Thank you so much, Rod and the whole team — you went above and beyond, and I’ll never forget it. Highly recommended — amazing people and great service!
If you're looking for a tidy place to lay your head at night this is the place, if you're looking for fancy upmarket accommodation this is not the place for you. Our apartment (21) was tired and run down, but a good paint job and a quick trip to the local hardware store will fix that. The staff weren't seen much, but when we rang to let them know the fridge wasn't working, they arrived with a backup almost straight away and it occurred out of business hours.
