These guys are amazing !!! In the middle of a raging dust storm with power outages and highway closures, my husband's dog got into some toxic chemicals and was desperately needing a vet. After being turned away by several other vets central plains said yes ! In the middle of the storm they took great care and saved our boy ! The staff is friendly they are very open with cost and pricing before they proceed. We took our dog in for stitches. He was given medication for pain and antibiotics. He was very sluggish and took extra time coming out of the anesthesia. We watched him the following day and he had behaviors that were concerning to us that were not present before. We called the vet office to voice our concerns. They were too busy for the vet to return the call. The office staff returned the call and our concerns were dismissed. More questions were asked and we were told she would have to ask the vet. I took my kitten with upper respiratory infection and ringworms.The kitten, sugar had green discharge coming out her eyes and nose and coughing.Kaitlyn said the kitten would out grow the respiratory infection, she gave me a small bottle of eye drops to treat her. It was 60 $. Next she prescribed Itrafungol for the ringworms.giving 0.5 ml daily for 3 weeks.the bottle she sold me had 52mL in it and charged me 110.00$ for it So basically I only needed 10.5mL,I didn't realize what was going on until I treated the kitten.
