Absolutely atrocious treatment of my family who need to cancel contract due to severe illness and hospitalization. No consideration for inability to work. Would never give this company my business.
First off, Peggy W. will keep you on track to pay deposits, understand your lease agreement and set up mailing, etc. She will greet you every time with a warm tone and willingness to help. Leila will listen, validate your thoughts and, direct you to the right person and/or resources while maintaining the calmest voice. Not worth it for the price. Moved because of rats in the wall. They did try to do something but it was still there. Dog poop everywhere and it smells. I don't know why people choose this apartment when there are way better options close by, close to Fullsail. And compare to other options at a similar price, is not a gated community and bikes get stolen often. Also don't expect get your deposit money back. Leila Ruiz is the best! From the moment I first spoke to her on the phone, my anxiety from looking for my Full Sail student went away. The tour was awesome and the 2 bedroom apartment is to die for! We were going to get a 1 bedroom but I fell in love with how well kept the apartments, landscape, fitness center and pools are. Leila is so patient and friendly. She made my first college mom experiences a great one! I’m truly thankful and will refer Central Place to future college students and families
