They will change an apartment on you last minute and then not give back the $275 you paid even though the newly assigned apartment is next to a busy road and the walls are paper thin. Very clear they do this to more people than just myself so beware. We’ve have had nothing but a positive experience with the leasing staff, maintenance staff and property. Both Vanessa and Peggy have been phenomenal! They are courteous, informative and responsive. I highly recommend Central Place at Winter Park.
I'm giving this place a 5 star on day one of my move on. Peggy the manager helped me get out out of a very bad situation with a different property, and was very expeditious and professional, and had a great sense of humor. So far everything is great here, and I couldn't be happier.
