Peggy Wisler helped us every step of the way from the moment we found it online, through the virutal tour and all the way to getting our final signatures when we arrived. Phenomenal customer service! Absolutely atrocious treatment of my family who need to cancel contract due to severe illness and hospitalization. No consideration for inability to work. Would never give this company my business.
First off, Peggy W. will keep you on track to pay deposits, understand your lease agreement and set up mailing, etc. She will greet you every time with a warm tone and willingness to help. Leila will listen, validate your thoughts and, direct you to the right person and/or resources while maintaining the calmest voice.
