I did not have any issues with the Receptionist. Came in at 5pm and was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. The Dr. Baher Zekri was efficient especially seeing as I explained my symptoms and he understood what I needed. It had been a few years, since I was there, but no issues for me.
I have been coming here in while only one reception lady is always very rude have no manners she takes walking clinic patient don’t know her name. This was Monday March 30. Management needs to do something.
So unfriendly for no reason whatsoever. Talking to receptionist made it feel like I was inconveniencing her, so unpleasant… doctor was also not communicating at all and didn’t even tell us what he was doing - we had to pry and pry. Do better. I work in healthcare and compassion and empathy are as important as treating physical ailments.
I was consulting Dr.Samy Ghobreyal, very professional and knowledgeable physician. Having come across several practitioners in Pickering I think he is one of the best among the lot.
