Without doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere. The man working the phone and counter had zero empathy for the fact that their pharmacy now doesn’t carry my medication and was zero help trying to get the prescription to someplace it can be filled. I’m now without a critical medication until I can get the doctor to rewrite the script to some other pharmacy. They also never bothered to tell me the couldn’t fill it when they received the script weeks ago.
they will make it extra hard to get a script if you leave them...Beware
