I used to absolutely love coming here...until about 6 months ago-now. It went from excellent customer care/service to complete incompetent chaos. The right doesn't know what the left is doing and every single time I go to pick up my meds, its an excuse to why my provider didn't do their job..yet they did and the pharmacy "cant/didnt". As a person with multiple chronic diseases, its crucial for me to stay on top of daily life needed meds, they never seem to care if I need it today or its one I can't (literally) go without.
