Doctors and staff are great. The building does not look like any other UPMC medical buildings. I wasn't sure I was in the right place at first. But inside the facility is like what you would expect for a medical office. Surgery is actually performed at Community General Osteopathic hospital which is a very short drive from this facility.
I had emergency surgery for an infected armpit. Dr. Rosenberger was my surgeon. This was my 3rd surgery by him. He was very patient and kind the day of surgery. My wound is packed and I couldn’t unpack and repack it again due to the pain. He told me to come into the office and he would do it for me. It hurt like a son of a B, but he was very patient and left me take as many breaks as I needed. I’ve had no issues with the office staff. Everyone has been nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Rosenberger.
Please know that this office have wonderful and extremely talented doctors. Unfortunately the staff is less than to be desired. They treat each horribly which leads to patients getting the wrath of their anger. It’s not fair and it’s a toxic environment. The doctors( for the most part) are amazing but their staff are mean , nasty, hostile to one another which lead to an unfavorable office environment.
