I had a radon system installed by Bob at Central Penn Radon, and the post-remediation test was still way above the 4 Pci/L that the system was guaranteed for. I informed him of the high result but he was avoiding my calls and emails about repairing the system to bring it down within levels. I finally contacted PA DEP (which regulates radon mitigation contractors).
