I've used Kip and the CPEC team for several big projects at both my current and prior home. At the prior home, CPEC replaced my old 'federal' box with a modern one. They subsequently ran a 100-amp subpanel out to my garage. At the current home they've just finished combining three electric services (it used to be a multifamily) into one. They've always been exemplary. Responsive, helpful, fair price, absolutely superb work and utterly reliable. Would absolutely recommend.
