After reading recent experiences, I must post, too. My daughter was being seen for a pneumonia follow up, yes - pneumonia. We were 7 minutes late for our check-in time; not the appointment time mind you. The 'man' at the counter said we had to reschedule because we were late. There was literally not a single other person in the office. I asked him to check if we could still be seen as the place was empty.
