While we may not agree on everything (appointment arrival times being early for example), I have to give credit to the staff for their ability to problem solve and work ethic when it comes to issues that may arise.
The receptionist and supporting staff were rude. Scheduled an appointment but asked me to arrive twenty minutes early despite being an established patient. No new paperwork, no forms. Arrived 15 minutes “early” instead of twenty and the guy acted like I had spit on the window. Got a speech and attitude about arriving early twice. Once at the window when I check-in and once when leaving after the appointment. Friendly staff and everything is usually in a timely manner
Staff is friendly and usually all in a timely manner
I wouldn’t take any one to these people. They can’t seem to keep an appointment. Was ready to go twice. I don’t work around the peninsula. So need to make appointments way out and they can’t seem to figure that out. I can’t just drop by for an appointment when they have time. Poor service.
