Very very very rude attendant. Came in to park after driving almost 4 hours in the early morning to get to NYC. Attendant started rushing me to get out of my car so he could create a ticket. I was trying to make sure I had all my belongings before I got out of the car started, he got rude told me to exit the parking and he wouldn't create a ticket for me any longer because I took all of 3 minutes to get out of the car. Extremely unprofessional service. I came pick up the car and waited 30min for get it. Ridiculous!
Parking lot was closed because of construction but they left no visible sign to say it was closed. And they left their sign on the side walk that listed their special prices. Why advertise a price if you can’t accommodate customers. Smh
I booked online from 12:30pm, 10 hours, arrived at 11:44am, when pick up the car 6 hours later, I was told by the staff I will be charged over stay fee, because I entered early than the book. Then why not return the fee for 4 hours I did not use?
Valet drive only on 30 foot verry nervous and hit the dash of my car angry... There was no reason to do that i didn't understand. More than 60$ for this bad service... I really regret it!
