One star because they don’t do fractions. I tried to park here this morning for five minutes so I could run in to Donut Savant w/o getting a ticket. The garage was practically empty and I would’ve essentially been paying their half-hour rate for 5-minutes of parking. The attendant would not let me park and offered no explanation for turning me away. I don’t get their business model.
