This deserves 0 stars. Pre-booked and paid. Of course they overbooked and didn't accept our reservation. No signs either, so we had to pull in and make a tight u-turn to get out.i had to ask about receiving a refund. His only explanation was "app." What a fantastic business. Just warning everyone of my experience. Edit: couldn't cancel on the "app." They required a call. Unbelievable.
Prepaid for spot. Arrived from out of town with 40 minutes to spare before theater. Garage packed beyond capacity with cars far too close together and a nasty nasty attendant who couldn't have cared less about my reservation or my almost missing the show. Had to find parking at matinee time on the street and they have still billed me. SpotHero has me on eternal hold. Don't go to this garage under any circumstances. They have no idea what they are doing and they are mean
