Good experience with this clinic. Experienced and professional front desk. Dr Genes is very professional and thorough. He sent me timely to my cardiologist.
Very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this clinic. The staff was very rude and unprofessional during my interaction. As a patient who requires long-term medical care, I felt dismissed and discriminated against rather than supported. I was clearly promised a follow-up phone call, which never happened. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. A clinic should be a place where patients feel respected and taken seriously.
