I recently met an older woman who lives here. I learned a lot about this building and its management company- none of it good. The place has gotten more dangerous, people’s packages are stolen, there’s unruly tenants who cause trouble and threaten others, the maintenance has gone downhill, they’ve removed security cameras and cut staffing, and management doesn’t care at all. I've been on the waiting list for over 2 years to interview for an apartment here, I'm disabled and my mother lives here, she is retired. The management refuses to return phone calls, so, perhaps that is a sign they are not great on taking care of routine maintenance issues - my mother certainly isn't happy.

I was living at C.P.T. and not one apartment looks like anything in the pic that they are showing to you. The management don't even know how to make a key card so if you have one don't loose it cause you will never know you will get a new one. The buildings was so much nicer when it was Sheldon's. It actually felt like home however that's one of the reasons why I left and when back to Sheldon
