A delayed review - prior to my appointment I was made to track some basic measurements and send them in. For my appointment I was asked to come in person, then waited 20 minutes beyond my time (not uncommon I understand) simply to be told there's no issue, left the room and was charged $300. I understand you pay for a professional's body of experience, but for this instance a phone call seemed all that was necessary.
