Unprofessional! Wasn't consulted of my teeth until after the appointment and I had to ask Dr. Ngozi Etufugh, and wait up to 20 minutes when I was the only patient in. When interacting she couldn't give me information and even told me that there's nothing she can do. How are you Board certified and have a degree and you can't give me answers pertaining to dental ? This is one of the worse place to go to I tried to make a appointment and they gave me the run around about my insurance first they said they do take my insurance gave me a appointment in all I called to find out how much was my copay they would send me to voicemail I called for 4 days straight and couldn’t get a answer when I finally got a answer they told me that they don’t take me insurance at that location I even called my insurance company who verified that they do take my insurance they just didn’t want to treat me for... read more
Extremely unprofessional!!! They do not answer the phone and when they do they have an attitude. They are not helpful! Asked if they can tell me if they take my insurance and right off the back they said no called my insurance company and they stated that they do in fact take my insurance.
I would leave zero stars if I could! I never leave reviews, good or bad, but I had to for this one. This place is a scam! They will over charge for everything and are not transparent at all about what is covered by insurance or not. I went in to extract just 1 wisdom tooth and they tried to get me to pay out of pocket $2.8k saying my insurance would reimburse me and they tell me this the day of. They also tried to gaslight saying I was only coming in for an xray and not the extraction even though they had told me not to eat ... read more
