I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. During a phone conversation, the staff member I spoke with was extremely dismissive and raised their voice at me when I was simply trying to address a question/concern. Regardless of the situation, there is no reason for a healthcare professional or pharmacy staff member to communicate with a patient or caller in that manner. Niki the pharmacist is the kindest person. I have to say, everyone in the pharmacy is hard working, helpful, kind, caring, and you won't find a pharmacy that actually calls you. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. There is no 20 minute to 45 minute wait to pick up a prescription. They actually have an excellent system in place.
