I love it there and I'm glad I went back there to start my treatment after my initial consultation. Everyone there are very nice, welcoming, and work well with each other. I still have 10 months to go with my treatment,but my progress amazes me everyday! Great team... I highly recommend!

Our experience with Brite Orthodontics has been overwhelmingly negative, marked by repeated cancellations, poor communication, and careless treatment. After paying cash for an 18–24 month clear aligner plan in April 2023, my wife experienced multiple last-minute appointment cancellations, frequent delays in receiving aligners, and general disorganization. I paid Brite Orthodontics two years ago, and to this day, my treatment hasn’t even started. They’ve been completely unresponsive, offering no updates or clear communication. Despite already receiving full payment from my insurance and myself, they’re now trying to charge me additional fees. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I truly regret choosing this office and would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances.
I have been coming here for over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here. Tieanna has been taking care of me for the longest and there is nothing but good chat and excellent treatment. Love it here and would tell everyone to come if they needed too! On top of all of that my teeth have made such drastic changes after each appointment. Love them!
