Called to inquire about new group insurance for my company. Talked with Suzanne and let her know my company needed a new agent as I couldn't get a hold of my old agent - "I'll have information to you in an email in 2-3 days so we can get you quoted". Call 5 days later "I'm in a meeting and I'll have it to you this afternoon". One week later, crickets. Some people just aren't a priority, I guess....
