Went to Elevate Hearing Aid Center today for a hearing test and possible hearing aides. Kim and her staff could not have been more helpful and professional. Kim explained the process in great detail and went over all the results afterwards. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend! I will be a return customer.
Kimberly is a seasoned audiologist who provides invaluable assistance to her customers. She knows her products inside out. She helps her customers avoid the pitfalls that keep them from making wrong decisions. I highly recommend this office and the professional care customers receive.
Kim is always polite and professional, she explains each step during testing and fitting.
I'm very happy with Elevate Hearing.
Great one on one service. Update: once again outstanding experience. Very helpful, thorough and personal. Highly recommend if you need hearing aids or just an evaluation.
