I have called this company for 1 1/2 months. I want my refund that they told me I have. They will not send it, I do not get my messages returned and this has become a problem. So, you pay them when you get your service but if they owe you money, good luck.
Dr. Babi is an excellent doctor! He listens to all of my concerns for my kids. He is patient and kind even when they struggle to listen because they’re little. HOWEVER, most of the office staff are rude. One was inconsiderate of me having to calm down my kids during check out. When we were called in to the room, the same lady asked for my 4 and 6 year old’s weight and height. I told her I don’t remember. She was huffing and puffing away because she had to check it herself. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We now have a diagnosis.
Dr. Babi was great. I really have appreciated all the steps he has done to make sure my sinuses are ok and to help me with hearing test.
