I really like The doctor a lot but this office is absolutely insane to get a hold of. They force you to go to the portal, but in the portal, you can’t change your appointment or cancel it. When you call the office, it just keeps repeating the same message over and over again and then you get a random beep to leave a message so you don’t actually know who you’re leaving the message for. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get in touch with a doctor to change an appointment.
Dr. GREGORY DODELL. - The appointment felt like a quick pass-through. He didn’t really listen to anything I said, barely spoke, and seemed dismissive the whole time. I only left because he stood up and basically walked me out. He didn’t ask about any tests or previous exams—nothing. It honestly felt like he just took the insurance money and went on with his day.
Dr. Jimmy Vo is a lifesaver! He is super kind, respectful, and knows his stuff. A quick telehealth appointment, and I am all set!
I saw Raya Galibov PA, PA-C a while back and I recall her being very dismissive and rude. I even recall her chuckling at some point during our interaction, not to add, she was NOT the provider I originally scheduled to see. Zoc Doc needs to be more vigilant with these clinics/offices as they LOVE rescheduling you with random providers that do not align with your needs (specialty-wise and preferential reasons).
Had a great experience with Dr. Jimmy Vo, and it seems it is a really good practice office. But please, answer the phone!! It's almost impossible to reach out to the office! This is something where they can improve by a lot!
