1 star Very disappointed with my move-out experience. I completed everything required before moving out, including professional cleaning, carpet cleaning, and repairing the nail holes. Despite this, my security deposit was not returned, and I never received a proper response regarding the charges. Now I’m being asked to pay additional fees. The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this property.
