You may ask why a 5 star rating. Well for me, this is my first move to an apartment in FL in over 2 decades. It definitely was nerve wrecking and exciting simultaneously. I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve read other reviews and flooding is bound to happen. It’s Florida, the state of hurricanes from July to November each year. I called property for info I'm looking to move in September and I spoke with Mrs. Hernandez I believe she is the Property manager there and her customer experience and knowledge was 1000% i really think I will consider this property my next step is to call back when my time is near to schedule a tour it's people like her that makes you want to move to a property
I have to give them a 5 out 5 when it come to the application process. By far the smoothest process Ms. Rosendy communicated with me every step of the way. You don't find management companies that are that on the ball

I have lived at Central Park at East Bay for several years. The new Management is absolutely wonderful. Rosendy Hernandez is absolutely Amazing. The changes are so positive from the grounds to communication. Rosendy truly cares about the Complex and most of all, the people in the community. The floor plans are spacious and the beaches and shopping are minutes away. Thank you Central Park at East Bay especially Rosendy. For making our community a proud place to call home.
