Four months of German roaches crawling out of outlets, flood damage that cost me $2,000, and an ancient AC that can’t cool below 74° without sending my power bill over $200. Management? AC units break and it takes forever for repairs. I was flooded there multiple times, in 2 hurricanes and got zero assistance from the complex itself. You can never reach anyone by phone, the mailbox is always full and the emergency repair number is a joke. Can’t leave a message there either and of course, nobody answers. Roof leaks, ceilings fall in. It’s a complex in need of a complete overhaul, especially the office staff. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!
