I’ve lived with my parents here and moved out, I currently live here on my own and combined it will be my 3rd year at Central Park altogether. Yes there’s move out fees but that’s because they really take care of/clean the apartments before other movers come in so truthfully just plan for it and you’ll be fine. I originally reviewed with a 1 star. I have to change my review after speaking with Brie (manager). She was very helpful and worked hard to get us the move in date that we requested. She is professional and polite even when you are frustrated and angry at the process that she didn't create. The policies and procedures for move in at this complex should be looked at. Trying to get information and communicate with your company is terrible. They won't give a move in date or apartment address until days before you move in. I've never had a more horrible experience trying to help my college student into a living space than I have with this complex. Trust me, go somewhere else!
So far my experience here has been nothing but amazing. The process has been one of the smoothest move ins I’ve ever had. My husband and I are a week away from stepping foot into our new apt and I can’t be more excited to decorate our upcoming baby’s room and make Central Park our home! Thank you everyone being so sweet!
I’ve been here 5 years now and I have enjoyed it so much. Very professional and friendly staff. The grounds are kept up very well.
