Manny came to fix a broken disposal and let me tell you, he was fantastic! He was so incredibly helpful, even taught me how to fix the problem myself. He provided guidance for future problems and was so personable, communicative and clear. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time and effort to teach me. I’ve had many bad experiences with maintenance folks in the past, and I was so pleased to be treated with such respect and consideration. Thank you so much Manny.
Manny did an outstanding job fixing the AC in my apartment. He arrived right on time, had a great attitude, and worked efficiently to get everything running perfectly again. HE IS THE BEST!!! It’s refreshing to see someone so professional, friendly, and dedicated to their work.
Don’t rent from this place! I’m a single mom of a disabled 5 year old little girl. The day I moved in my entire kitchen was flooded with huge fans running for a week long. All my food went bad and it wasn’t even livable with my special needs daughter. I still paid rent every month on time, never made a complaint, didn’t have any damage and not only did they keep my entire deposit, they added additional charges and sent me a bill.
