We hired Central Pacific Construction to renovate and refresh a 90,000 sqft retail strip mall building in Atascadero. We liked Frank's approach from the get go, but little did we know we were not just hiring a GC, but somebody who was invested and closely managed every aspect of the renovation to ensure the work was top quality. There's very little that Central Pacific can't handle, we whole heartedly endorse Frank and his team for your building project.
Great office renovation contractor who provided value-oriented paint and carpet services, was prompt on everything from bids to completing scope by the deadlines even with additional scope being added. Frank is easy to work with, upfront on charges and scope, great to work with.
Frank is absolutely my GO TO resource for any major project at my home! I've worked with him to two bathroom remodels, this second one turned into a whole house remodel as we found some severe deferred maintenance issues! But even as the scope expanded, Frank was excellent at communicating the options and the cost. Most importantly, he has a network of qualified people from plumbers to roofers to electricians that he managed well! Never could have gotten thru this at a reasonable cost without you... Thanks a lot Frank!!!
Frank and his team did a fabulous job reconstructing and adding an additional level to our Backyard deck. It is now a beautiful two story structure with a stairway between. The work required a building permit and some engineering which all went well. This is the second project than Frank has done for me and both turned out beautifully and expeditiously . I would certainly recommend for any project youmay have in mind
