Why is everything so slow to update. It takes forever, like they still do everything on paper. Workers are great. sorry you gotta deal with poorly outdated systems.
Regarding trying to speak to anyone at CPB banking over phone. I am frustrated with the "new customer service platform" when calling for customer service. A message I heard when I called the customer service phone number, said the "wait time" for a call back would be 30 mins. For anyone who is working is 30 mins reasonable?
