I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from the investment team at Central Pacific Bank. After my father passed away, I have been trying to gather information regarding his annuity account, which appears to have been paid out incorrectly. This is already a difficult and emotional situation, and the lack of communication has made it far worse. Ridiculous fees for things like replacement debit card, overdrafts etc. This bank sucks
Not sure why there are low reviews for the manoa branch. I believe in the energy you put out is what will be given back. I have banked at different hours during the day including weekends. By far my favorite bank and will travel to bank there. I am greeted with a smile and welcome every time regardless if they are with a client or not. Great customer service.
