Scheduled telehealth appointment for after work, at 5:00. They called me 3 times for payment BEFORE the appointment. When I asked for a link to pay online, they could not do that, but wanted me to have credit card at the ready to spell out over the phone. I did not have a card handy - BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK- so they called me two more times! It felt like Tony Soprano was shaking me down for cash. Very rude.
My son's Dr and he lives going to see them recommend them very much.
The current state of healthcare in the US is exemplified here. Check in on a kiosk, no human interaction. Then when finally called to a window the first words spoken were, “That’ll be $25”. No greeting, no verification of name, just a demand for money. Then back to sit and wait. Sent downstairs for lab work when done. When asked about how long the wait was told, “Oh idk, 20 min or so.
