Called to schedule an appointment and the girl that answered the phone was so rude and hateful I just said never mind. If you can’t be kind on the phone, I can only imagine how I’ll be treated in person.
I've been coming for years and always get great care. I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Giddings for a knee injury. He had me get x-rays and gave me a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. He also addressed a couple other problems I didn't mention and was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. He's a very likeable person and doctor, I highly recommend him. Also, the front desk staff is always friendly and get me taken care of. Thank you!
Called and I did get a sane day appointment and they were not at all busy , and I appreciate that appointment but from the front desk to the nurse practitioner these women wanna control everything to the point of not taking care of all your needs ? I am 12 years post heart transplant and have been instructed that it is imperative that I catch things in a hurry ! Fixed my one tooth problem probably have them fix my other tooth soon
So I relocated to a different area and wanted to see a doctor there. Danielle Flowers. I didn't like her and the way she thought she knew what I needed more than I did. So I decided to say with Jaymie Rodriguez, after asking for refills and them being told She transfered care with out asking me or whatever. I have been outbof my meds for almost 2 weeks.
