Absolutely fantastic experience from every single person at this facility. Professional, considerate, to-the-point, friendly, and generally exceptionally talented at what they do. What more could you want?
PARKING IS FREE at the lot next to the building, look for the sign shown in my picture. I've been with Central Outreach for a while now. The staff is wonderful and it seems many/most of them are part of the "family," which helps make things more comfortable. A reviewer mentioned a negative experience with their visit related to trans healthcare, but in the few years I've been there, I've never experienced that. planned parenthood fell through thanks to insurance so i started going here and have had nothing but a perfect experience! would definitely recommend going here if you want to get starting on HRT or need help on your journey with it
