Mary Beth Rivard, who used to be the medical director at Equitas Health an my physician at both clinics at first was affirming and considerate of my transition only later to tell me I wasn't trans and persist that I was not welcome. Their goal is to make money and to please themselves, your health isn't a consideration unless it benefits their ego and is affirming to their perception.
The lost to care coordinator Gavin (don't know his last name) did an excellent job reaching out to me and making sure I got scheduled for my follow-up appointment. He was respectful, professional, and persistent without being overwhelming. I really appreciated how easy he made the process and how much he seemed to genuinely care about my health.
I have had some of the most genuinely incredible experiences here, and I want to express just how much this place has meant to me. The nurses who were doing my intake tried to get me to get completely naked with a small scrub over the top half of me and I thought I was going to have a panic attack, but the doctor came in to save the day and covered me with more scrubs. She was really nice and a big reason why I would absolutely go back here. I can tell they do great work in the community
