This place was superb in every way, shape & form. I wouldn't change anything about this facility. The medical staff especially the dr, facilitate world class medical visit. The experience was do pleasant, it should be the new litmus test standard of how and what medical care looks like. I'm serious, this whole experience was reminiscent of a commercial where the patient is smiling hopefully in the dr office. If you need "specialty" care or simple STI testing, this place should be your first stop.
I have social anxiety and PTSD especially while giving blood.Im anemic & have very small views that usually need an ultra sound and very deep and painful blood draws. Not only were both the nurses who provided my care kind, they are truly what nurses are suppose to look like when it comes to patients but sadly in Toledo alot of them fall short on compassion, simple kindness and no judgements. Going in everyone was helpful, understanding, kind and respectful . Everyone I encountered was amazing with great energy . Char was my favorite she deserves a bonus !!!
