Terrible service. Was utterly ripped off. Thank goodness another garage in Queenstown knew their stuff!!! The other garage took 10 mins to diagnosis and order a part while being helpful and transparent about costs and timelines. Jeeps service guys overall attitude was that our Jeeps dangerous fault and our situation was nothing but an inconvenience to them.
