Booked our Kia in to have a check engine light looked at. Said we were in Cromwell for 2 weeks so just could get it sorted. They rung an hour later saying car is ready for collection. Light still on dash and they didn’t order any parts. Told us to go to our home dealer in Hamilton to sort. Edit: Service manager rung, explained what happened. Communication was not clear from service advisor. Have changed review to suit. Appreciate the call from him.
