I had a very disappointing experience at this orthopedic office. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, which made me question the professionalism of the entire practice—and honestly, any provider affiliated with this network. Despite arriving on time, another patient with a later appointment was seen before us, with no explanation given. Dr. Mallen’s assistant was particularly unprofessional and dismissive. At one point, she told us to “chill out,” which was shockingly inappropriate and uncalled for in a medical setting.... read more
