I had not been to COSS in a few years after one PA left. I never had an issue with the treatments the doctor gave me, but I saw the PA more. I decided to go back after a couple years after my frustration with other clinics. I had meet the new (or different) PA and existing doctor. I was confused by the treatment plan (because it can be confusing). They had me come in the next day to explain everything to make sure we are doing all we can to avoid a surgery.
